We do not store credit card numbers. Payment credentials are held securely by Stripe.

If you provide a mobile number to Gibraltar through a lease signing flow, management agreement, website form, portal interaction, or direct communication with our team, we may send you text messages related to your account or property. These messages are operational in nature and may include maintenance coordination, payment reminders, appointment scheduling, access notices, document requests, and urgent property updates.
