What does the 7% management fee cover?

Are there any hidden fees?

Zero. We quote 7% management + $700 placement. That's the total. No lease renewal fees, no inspection fees, no maintenance markups, no advertising fees, no technology fees.
How does the $700 tenant placement compare?

Industry standard is one month's rent (typically $2,500, $3,500 in San Diego). Our flat $700 saves you $1,800, $2,800 per placement.
Is there a long-term contract?
