Any management services, leasing services, tenant obligations, or owner obligations are governed by the signed agreements, lease documents, portal policies, and notices applicable to that relationship.


SMS Program Terms

Gibraltar uses SMS to send operational messages to tenants, owners, and prospective clients who provide consent to receive them. Messages may include maintenance coordination, appointment reminders, payment reminders, account notices, service updates, document follow-up, and urgent property communications.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Operational messaging is limited to users who provide a mobile number and consent through a lease workflow, property management intake, portal flow, website form, or direct written or verbal enrollment documented by Gibraltar.

You agree that information you provide to Gibraltar will be accurate, current, and complete. Gibraltar may rely on the information you submit to contact you, evaluate an inquiry, coordinate service, process payments, or manage a property-related issue.


Payments and Portal Access

Online payments, account access, statements, maintenance records, and related portal tools may be subject to additional lease, management agreement, payment authorization, and account security requirements.
